Landscape for a weekend home
Located on the scenic hills of Lonavala and overlooking a lush green valley, this weekend house demanded landscape design to define the connection between the house and the valley. Large leaf tropical plants have been teamed with grasses to keep in sync with the naturally grown forest while creating a fresh green backdrop for this house designed by Ar. Kamal Malik. The use of colours was kept to a minimum and green was emphasized to complement the stone walls of the structure.
