upcoming project : office building
This compact office building sits on a 5000 sq. ft. plot in Kalyani nagar, Pune making efficient use of the available space. The challenge here was to make optimum use of the area at hand and design an office space that suits the client. Currently underway, the project explores use of varied materials and elements such as bricks, form finish concrete and fins. Exposed brickwork façade has been designed in combination with metal fins for sun shading which also forms an eye catching feature.
